How to Apply & The Process
The preparation process involves a series of critical meetings to ensure you are confident, connected, and ready for the event:
Initial Interview: A conversation to learn about your background, motivation, and why you want to join our journey.
1st Meeting: Introductions: Meet the staff and your fellow volunteers to begin building a supportive community.
2nd Meeting: Role Assignment: Participate in role-playing activities, practice event tasks, and be assigned your primary team/role.
3rd Meeting: Bonding Activity: Take part in a community service project, such as preparing Boxes of Love or working in the Social Kitchen, to bond with the team.
4th & 5th Meetings: Final Training & Fine-Tuning: These final sessions ensure smooth collaboration, review roles, practice scenarios, and finalize preparations for the event.
